What Services Do You Offer?
As a brand designer freelance, I create logos, identity design systems and visual communication materials for startups, professionals and companies. Each project is developed according to the industry, target audience and business objectives, avoiding standard solutions or materials that are not genuinely necessary.

How Much Does It Cost to Design a Logo?
I do not use a single fixed price list, because the cost depends on the complexity of the project, the level of research required, the number of applications requested, the agreed revision rounds and the files that need to be prepared.
After gathering the main information, I prepare a detailed quotation outlining the activities included, project timeline, deliverables and conditions.
To understand which elements determine the budget, read the guide explaining how much a professional logo costs.
Will I Work Directly with You?
Yes. I will personally manage the project, from the initial brief and presentation of the concepts through to the revisions and delivery of the final files.
When additional expertise is required, such as advanced development, copywriting or professional translation, any collaboration with other specialists will be explained and agreed upon before the project begins.
How Long Does It Take to Create a Logo?
A logo design project generally takes between two and four weeks. The actual duration depends on the complexity of the project, the availability of the required information, the speed of feedback and the number of people involved in the decision-making process.
The estimated timeline is always specified in the quotation. A more extensive brand identity project or the development of additional materials may require more time.
Why Is It Important to Work with a Professional Logo Designer?
A logo is one of the main elements through which a business is recognised. It appears on websites, social media, documents, packaging, presentations and promotional materials.
A professional design must therefore be recognisable, legible and suitable for use across different media. Its purpose is not simply to improve the company’s appearance, but also to communicate its positioning, quality and personality.

We Are Not Based in the Same City. Can We Still Work Together?
Yes. Most of my projects are managed remotely with Italian and international clients working across many different industries.
Information can be collected by email, questionnaire and video call. Concepts, presentations and revisions are shared digitally, allowing every stage of the project to be managed regardless of the client’s location.
How Many Logo Concepts Do You Present?
The number of concepts and variations depends on the project and is specified in the quotation.
I generally present one main creative direction developed according to the brief and the agreed objectives, together with any planned configurations or alternatives. Each proposal is presented with an explanation of the reasoning behind the design choices.
Which Files Will Be Delivered?
After the logo has been approved, you will receive the files and variations agreed upon in the quotation. The final delivery may include:
Vector files: PDF and, when included, AI, EPS or SVG files for printing and professional applications.
Colour versions: files with CMYK specifications for printing and RGB specifications for digital use.
Monochrome versions: black, white or single-colour configurations, when compatible with the design.
Web files: transparent PNG and optimised JPG files for websites, social media and presentations.
Icon or favicon: a simplified version of the symbol, when requested and included in the project.
A complete description is available on the professional logo design page.
Will I Also Receive Guidelines for Using the Logo?
Upon request, I can create a PDF document containing the rules for using the logo correctly.
The guide may include logo variations, CMYK, RGB and HEX colour values, typography, minimum sizes, clear space and examples of use on different backgrounds.

Who Owns the Rights to the Logo?
The commercial usage rights for the approved logo are transferred to the client according to the terms specified in the quotation or contract and after the project has been paid in full. The author retains the moral rights provided by law. I reserve the right to present the project on my website, in my portfolio and across my professional channels, unless different confidentiality arrangements have been agreed.
Can You Also Manage the Printing Process?
Yes. When necessary, I can check the files prepared for printing, communicate with the printing company and verify that the materials have been set up correctly.
The client may use an existing supplier or request assistance in selecting a printer. Any print-management service is quoted separately, while production costs are normally paid directly to the supplier.
How Many Revision Rounds Are Included?
The number of revision rounds is defined in the quotation according to the type of project.
Revisions are intended to refine the selected concept, rather than repeatedly restarting the project from completely new creative directions. To make the process more effective, it is important to provide clear feedback and, when several people are involved, submit a single set of agreed comments.

Can You Also Help with the Business Name, Tagline and Copy?
During the project, I can evaluate the business name, a tagline, a short phrase or a slogan associated with the logo when this is useful for the communication strategy.
The complete writing of content for packaging, websites, brochures, catalogues or advertising campaigns is not automatically included in the logo design service. When required, it can be quoted separately and developed in collaboration with professional copywriters or translators, or with the support of AI tools.
How Does the Project Begin?
The project begins by collecting information about the business, its audience, competitors, objectives and the intended uses of the logo.
This information makes it possible to define a brief that guides the research, development and presentation of the concepts. The client is involved in the main decisions and in the agreed revision stages.

How Can I Be Sure That I Will Like the Design?
Throughout the project, you will be involved in the main decisions and will be able to provide feedback during the agreed revision stages.
The presentation of the concepts will also include an explanation of the design choices, allowing the work to be evaluated not only according to personal taste, but also in relation to the objectives, target audience and intended applications.
You can view selected examples in my logo and brand identity portfolio.
What Happens If I Am Not Convinced by the Proposed Concepts?
The quality of the final result also depends on the accuracy of the brief and the clarity of the feedback provided. When the initial proposal requires changes, we will use the agreed revision rounds to refine the selected direction.
The development of new creative directions that were not included in the original assignment will be evaluated separately. Concepts, drafts and unapproved proposals may not be used, copied or reproduced by the client.
