During the concept development stage, I explore different visual directions through notes, associations, sketches and layout experiments. The method may vary depending on the project, industry and objectives defined in the brief.
The most promising ideas are then developed in Adobe Illustrator, a vector design program that allows the logo to be scaled and used correctly both at small sizes and across large-format applications.
At this stage, I assess shapes, proportions, typography, legibility and the possible configurations of the logo. Less effective solutions are removed, while the most coherent concepts are refined.
After the initial development stage, I allow the ideas time to settle before reviewing them again with greater objectivity. This makes it possible to identify potential issues and select the most suitable proposals for presentation.
