Freelance Temporary Manager
Logo design with initials for freelance Temporary Manager Nicola Gasperini, based in Rome. With 20 years of experience in Executive Management and a background as a Startupper, Nicola wanted a new visual identity based on the initials N and G. The two letters were not easy to combine into a single symbol, while the logo also needed to communicate a connection with his Temporary Management activity.
N & G Logo Concept
The N and G initials of Nicola Gasperini are immediately recognizable within the symbol. The circular shape represents a 360-degree approach and reflects the professional’s broad experience across different areas of management. It also subtly recalls the concept of Temporary Management through the stylization of a clock, a symbol associated with time. The N and G are combined into a balanced and harmonious form, which also recalls the capital G of Gasperini and gives greater visual emphasis to the surname.
The aim was to create a symbol that would not only integrate the two initials, but also communicate a strong, professional and modern character. A second version combines the symbol with the tagline “Executive Temporary Management”. The tagline is set in uppercase to distinguish it from the main name, which is intentionally set in lowercase, while also improving readability.
