Brand design football school
Client brief
The sports association Viggiù Calcio commissioned a complete visual restyling to launch a new, professional image for its football school. The brief required a modern and authoritative aesthetic, designed to appeal to a broad demographic—from adult stakeholders and parents to young athletes. A key requirement was the integration of the letters “V” (Viggiù) and “C” (Calcio) into a cohesive monogram that functions as a contemporary emblem. Furthermore, the project included a full branding suite: official stationery, membership badges, pitch-side banners, and dedicated social media assets.
Idea brand design
The creative concept is centered on a versatile monogram. While rooted in the club’s initials, the symbol evolves into a circular crest that ensures its effectiveness as a sporting emblem. Beyond the typography, the design features an immediate graphic reference to a football; its minimalist geometry evokes a “retro” ball, paying homage to the club’s founding year and historical values. A distinctive element is the sense of dynamic motion: the rolling silhouette symbolizes a forward-thinking club moving toward the future. The circular shape further reinforces the values of community, unity, and the shared goals of a team.
In conclusion, the visual identity strikes a perfect balance between simplicity and modernity, where the continuous motion of the symbol reflects the club’s energy and constant renewal.

Design social icon and banners
The monogram has been optimized for maximum legibility across digital platforms. It can be used independently from the full logotype to identify the football school on apps and social networks, ensuring instant brand recognition.
Branding design
The brand identity is translated onto physical media to ensure a professional presence. We designed the technical badges for staff and players, alongside official stationery for formal communications. For the stadium environment, we developed high-impact banners and signage designed to enhance the club’s visibility during matches.

To provide a comprehensive creative vision, an alternative design variant was developed. This version explores a different typographic approach and a unique interplay between the initials “V” and “C,” offering a fresh perspective on the club’s identity.
