Project Overview
Lymphatica is an academic spin-off from the Angiology Division of the University Hospital of Lausanne (CHUV) and the Lymphatic and Cancer Bioengineering Laboratory of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (EPFL) in Lausanne. Along with a logo redesign, the company requested a full website design, aiming for a modern and responsive digital presence.
The previous site lacked mobile responsiveness, limiting access for smartphone and tablet users. The new website design ensures a seamless user experience across all devices, delivering a clear and professional online presence.
Design Concept
The layout emphasizes clarity and simplicity, with white spaces dominating the interface for a clean, professional feel. Interactive 3D GIF animations illustrate the lymphatic flow, helping visitors easily understand complex medical content.
Colors and typography follow the refreshed logo, ensuring strong visual alignment between brand identity and website design. The website was built on WordPress, using a fully custom template tailored for graphics, layout, and user experience.
The colors refer to the restyling logo created.
Responsive Layout
The website design is based on a fluid grid, automatically adapting to all screen sizes. It is fully compatible with major browsers, providing a consistent experience on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
